Nutreco: 2014 - now

Since april I've been working for Nutreco, an international company specialized in animal nutrition. Started as Senior .NET Developer and later as Team Lead / Product Owner I have developped 2 digital platforms together with the development team and the stakeholder.

• NutriOpt

These technical and complex applications have multiple interfaces towards internal and external applications and are built on top of the Microsoft Platform.
As team lead my responsibilites were:

• driving the technical direction of the applications
• innovation on technical and organizational way of working within the DevOps team
• supporting, guiding, challenging and continiously professionalization of the DevOps team
• developing new software components
• maintaining contracts with brokers and contractors
• acting as a sparring partner of (IT) Management Team

As product owner my responsibilities were:

• "first guy to talk to" for stakeholders, DevOps team and other internal and external teams
• Defining of the product backlog and prioritizing the sprint backlog in close collaboration with the stakeholder

My primary tasks were:

• Designing and creating multiple front and backend applications

• Maintaining customer contacts, creating quotations and invoicing
